Jonathan A. Dessaules
Jonathan is a licensed attorney with over twenty years of litigation experience in all state and federal courts in Arizona. Jonathan practices in Arizona and California state and federal courts. He is an experienced, aggressive trial lawyer who has represented clients in countless jury and bench trials. Jonathan is one of the few lawyers in Arizona who routinely represent homeowners in HOA disputes. He devotes a substantial part of his practice to representing owners in HOA collection and foreclosure actions, CC&R enforcement and violations, election and governance issues, and construction issues. He also represents clients in real estate, employment law, civil and commercial litigation, employment law, and consumer law matters.

Michael R. Perry
Michael has been a licensed attorney in Arizona and Federal Courts for more than 37 years. He is a trial lawyer, practicing almost exclusively in the field of civil litigation – including personal injury, insurance coverage & disputes, insurance bad faith, attorney malpractice, products liability, premises liability, employment law, and commercial law.
Michael has litigated cases in all 16 Arizona counties, both Arizona Courts of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the United States Supreme Court. He is an experienced, pragmatic, sensible, straight-shooting attorney with dozens of successful bench and jury trials to a verdict. Michael has served as an expert witness in the areas of Insurance Bad Faith and Reasonableness of Attorneys’ Fees. Michael frequently serves as an arbitrator and mediator.

Robert Connelly
Robert Connelly has been practicing law in Arizona since 2001. He represents individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation involving commercial and contractual disputes; real estate law; insurance defense and insurance coverage obligations; family law matters; administrative actions involving licensed individuals and businesses; and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
Prior to joining Dessaules Law Group, Robert was a partner in a Phoenix law firm concentrating on insurance defense litigation. He has appeared in and litigated matters throughout Arizona, in both state and federal court. He is also experienced in disputes involving administrative and regulatory agencies. As well, he has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation, binding arbitration, and actions before quasi-judicial bodies (such as the American Arbitration Association).

Ashley Hill
Ashley Hill graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nonprofit Leadership and Management and a minor in Global Studies. Before returning to ASU for law school, she worked as a paralegal, focusing on juvenile dependency, criminal defense and personal injury cases.
During law school, Ashley served as President of the school’s Environmental Law Society and twice competed in Pace Law School’s National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition, in White Plains, New York. Ashley also worked as a Student Researcher at the school’s Energy Policy Innovation Council and completed externships with both the ACLU of Arizona and the City of Tempe Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.

Jake Kubert
Licensed HOA attorney with over 20 years of litigation experience with authorization to practice law in Arizona, New York, and New Jersey.
Since moving to Arizona in 2010, Jake has focused his practice to represent homeowners in HOA disputes involving HOA boards, HOA governance, violations, enforcement of governing documents, collection of records, and election abuse. In addition to representing homeowners, Jake represents HOAs and advises them to ensure they comply with their governing documents. Doug Imperi
Doug is a dedicated litigation attorney. He currently works on a wide array of legal issues, which include HOA and contract disputes, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination. Prior to his time at the Dessaules Law Group, Doug worked at a general litigation firm that covered personal injury, professional malpractice, contract disputes, real estate and business litigation, and appeals.
Doug has had the opportunity to write numerous appellate briefs, including one for a case in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals that was remanded down from the Supreme Court of the United States. He also attended and graduated from the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy in order to hone his trial skills. With such a diverse background, Doug has the legal expertise to handle whatever issues his clients are dealing with.

Thomas E. Raccuia
Tom Raccuia represents individuals and businesses in litigation involving HOA, real estate, and business matters. Prior to moving to Arizona and joining Dessaules Law Group, Tom lived in New York City for nearly a decade. After being admitted to the New York Bar in 2014, he worked first for a national litigation firm before moving on to a construction-litigation boutique. Additionally, Tom has experience litigating mass-tort and pharmaceutical product liability claims.
Tom takes pride in his Jesuit education. He is an alumnus of Fairfield Prep in Fairfield, Conn. (2006), Boston College (B.A. in English, 2010), and Fordham University School of Law (J.D., 2013). In law school, Tom was published by and served as an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review.

Stephen E. Silverman
Steve has more than 25 years of experience litigating complex tort and insurance cases at the trial and appellate levels. Steve has tried cases to a jury in state and federal court, including two month-long trials that resulted in record-setting jury verdicts.
Steve’s cases have been covered by national and international media, including ABC News, Fox News, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and The Hollywood Reporter. David Wood
David is a licensed attorney with twenty years’ practice litigating in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, and regulatory proceedings. David has successfully litigated more than a dozen jury trials, more than one hundred appeals, and cases tried to arbitrators and administrative law judges. David routinely represents people in uncovering wrongdoing against them, from simple contract violations to online schemes. David devotes a large portion of his practice to HOA foreclosure and collection actions, HOA governance issues, civil and commercial litigation, and employment matters. David brings to the firm previous experience working for the State of Arizona as prosecuting attorney and as bar counsel for the State Bar of Arizona.
