Farhanaz (Fara) Ayubi

Background

Fara represents homeowners in disputes with homeowners' associations (HOAs).

Before relocating to Arizona and joining Dessaules Law Group, Fara practiced real estate law in Nebraska. She provided legal counsel on financial transactions, secured lending, sales and acquisitions, and other commercial real estate matters, working with businesses such as franchised restaurants and retail fitness companies.

Fara is licensed to practice law in both Nebraska and Arizona and is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Education

Fara graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She then earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, where she concentrated in International and Comparative Law. While in law school, she competed in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
