Jake Kubert is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New York and New Jersey and has nearly fifteen years of litigation experience. Since moving to Arizona in 2010, Jake has focused his practice representing homeowners in HOA disputes including matters involving HOA boards, HOA governance, violations, enforcement of governing documents, collection of records and election abuses just to name a few. He also represents individuals and entities in other areas including commercial disputes, personal injury matters, contracts and other civil and commercial matters.
Prior to moving to Arizona in 2010, Jake worked nine years in New Jersey for a prestigious law firm part owned by a former governor of that State. His primary clients were a Fortune 100 company and the Archdiocese of Newark. There, he represented those entities and other clients in the fast paced courts of Manhattan and Northern New Jersey in a broad range of areas. Based upon his extensive experience, Jake is mindful of his clients’ goals and their desire to achieve those goals at a reasonable rate. He has honed his ability to deliver high quality representation, protect his clients’ interests and do so as efficiently as possible.
Jake is a 2001 graduate of New York Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University (R.I.) in 1998. He has a wife and three children. Jake enjoys motorcycling throughout the country and taking his family to Cardinals and Diamondback games.
