David’s Legal Background
David is a licensed attorney with twenty years’ practice litigating in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, and regulatory proceedings. David has successfully litigated more than a dozen jury trials, more than one hundred appeals, and cases tried to arbitrators and administrative law judges. David routinely represents people in uncovering wrongdoing against them, from simple contract violations to online schemes. David devotes a large portion of his practice to HOA foreclosure and collection actions, HOA governance issues, civil and commercial litigation, and employment matters. David brings to the firm previous experience working for the State of Arizona as prosecuting attorney and as bar counsel for the State Bar of Arizona.
