Esther Wininger
Education & Background
Esther Wininger graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy with a focus in Sustainability. Before attending the Charleston School of Law, Esther was a paralegal at a New York City/Jersey City-based law firm that specializes in mass tort, where she worked exclusively on the Roundup/Monsanto multi-billion dollar case.
During law school, Esther was a member of her school’s chapter Legal Honors Society, Phi Delta Phi, and she completed over 50 hours of pro bono work for her community, including services related to school censorship protection, animal rights with the Animal Law Committee, and immigration law. Esther completed two externships with the South Carolina Environmental Law Project, a non-profit law firm specializing in environmental conservation initiatives, indigenous land rights, and land use controls.
Esther will soon be licensed to practice law in Arizona state courts.
