Meet Jonathan Dessaules

Jonathan Dessaules is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 20 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout Arizona and California. His practice focuses on real estate law, HOA disputes, employment litigation, commercial matters, and insurance defense and bad faith claims. Known for his aggressive and effective courtroom presence, Jonathan has successfully represented clients in numerous jury and bench trials at both the trial and appellate levels.

For over 15 years, Jonathan has dedicated a significant portion of his practice to representing homeowners in disputes with homeowners’ associations, condominium associations, developers, and management companies. One of the few attorneys in Arizona who advocates for homeowners in HOA conflicts, Jonathan has defended hundreds of clients facing foreclosure actions, CC&R enforcement, governance disputes, and construction-related claims.

His work in this area has earned him media recognition from outlets such as the Arizona Republic, ABC 15, azfamily.com, East Valley Tribune, and On the Commons radio show.

Jonathan spends his time doing escape rooms with his two daughters. He also leads a soccer league to victory (sometimes).
