Jake Kubert

Licensed HOA attorney with over 20 years of litigation experience with authorization to practice law in Arizona, New York, and New Jersey.

Since moving to Arizona in 2010, Jake has focused his practice to represent homeowners in HOA disputes involving HOA boards, HOA governance, violations, enforcement of governing documents, collection of records, and election abuse. In addition to representing homeowners, Jake represents HOAs and advises them to ensure they comply with their governing documents. He also represents individuals and entities in commercial disputes, personal injury matters (including specializing in sexual assault cases), real estate disputes, contracts, and other civil and commercial matters.

Jake’s Legal Background

Prior to moving to Arizona, Jake worked nine years in New Jersey for a prestigious law firm part owned by a former governor of that state. His primary clients were Fortune 100 companies as well as the Archdiocese of Newark. It was there that Jake represented those entities and other clients in the fast paced courts of Manhattan and Northern New Jersey in a broad range of areas.  

Based upon his extensive experience, Jake is mindful of his clients’ goals and their desire to achieve those goals at a reasonable rate.  He has honed his ability to deliver high quality representation, protect his clients’ interests and do so efficiently.

Legal Credentials & Education

Jake is a 2001 graduate of New York Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University (R.I.) in 1998.   Jake has a wife and three children, and enjoys motorcycling throughout the country as well as taking his family to Cardinals and Diamondback games.
