Meet Laura Martinez

Laura spent four years at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where she represented a state agency in a wide range of court proceedings. Her work involved conducting trials nearly every month and appearing in hearings on a daily basis—experience that sharpened her courtroom presence and deepened her understanding of government operations, administrative law, and regulatory enforcement. This intensive, high-volume litigation background laid a strong foundation for her transition to private practice and shaped her methodical, trial-ready approach to every case.

Since transitioning to private practice in 2019, Laura has represented a wide range of clients—including individuals, small businesses, and multimillion-dollar corporations—in commercial, civil, and probate litigation. She has deep experience in trial preparation, motion practice, and high-stakes courtroom advocacy. Laura also handles appeals and has successfully argued before the Arizona Court of Appeals, offering clients sharp legal analysis and a steady hand throughout the litigation process.
