There, he represented Fortune 100 companies, the Archdiocese of Newark, and other high-profile clients in fast-paced litigation across Manhattan and Northern New Jersey.

A seasoned litigator, HOA specialist, and pragmatic problem-solver. Jake Kubert is a veteran litigator with more than 20 years of experience handling civil and commercial disputes in state and federal courts. Licensed to practice law in Arizona, New York, and New Jersey, Jake represents both homeowners and homeowners’ associations in a wide range of HOA conflicts, including governance issues, elections, enforcement actions, and document compliance.
Dual Representation in HOA Law
Since relocating to Arizona in 2010, Jake has focused his practice on HOA litigation—advocating for homeowners against board overreach and violations, as well as advising HOAs on legal compliance and best practices. His balanced perspective allows him to anticipate challenges on both sides of a dispute and craft practical legal strategies accordingly.
Beyond his HOA work, Jake represents clients in commercial matters, real estate litigation, contract disputes, and personal injury claims, with particular experience handling sensitive cases involving sexual assault.
