Meet Fara Ayubi

Fara Ayubi is a dedicated attorney who represents homeowners in disputes with homeowners’ associations (HOAs), offering skilled guidance and advocacy through what can often be stressful, high-stakes conflicts. She brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every case—working closely with clients to defend their rights and protect their property interests.

Before joining Dessaules Law Group, Fara practiced real estate law in Nebraska, where she advised businesses on secured lending, commercial acquisitions and sales, and other financial transactions. Her clients included franchise restaurant groups, retail fitness chains, and other commercial entities navigating complex real estate matters.

Her broad transactional experience complements her litigation work, allowing her to bring both strategic insight and legal precision to the disputes she resolves.
