Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy cases are generally initiated by a business or individual that cannot pay their debts and is seeking to have the debts reorganized or discharged by the court. There are three common types of bankruptcy proceedings:

"    Chapter 7-Individual Petitions
"    Chapter 11-Business Reorganization
"    Chapter 13-Wage Earner's Plans

These proceedings can have long-term benefits and consequences for a party, which is why it is essential to have an experienced attorney. We will provide both individuals and businesses with effective representation based on our experience and thorough knowledge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
