Public Interest Roots and Environmental Focus
Before entering law school, Ashley worked as a paralegal on matters involving juvenile dependency, criminal defense, and personal injury—developing an early commitment to client advocacy and justice. During law school, she served as President of the Environmental Law Society and twice competed in the prestigious National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition hosted by Pace Law School.
Ashley also worked as a Student Researcher with the Energy Policy Innovation Council and completed impactful externships at both the ACLU of Arizona and the City of Tempe Attorney’s Office, Civil Division. Her legal path reflects a deep commitment to equity, sustainability, and effective dispute resolution.
