Amorette Rinkleib began her career as a civil litigator in the area of consumer protection. She has represented hundreds of aggrieved consumers victimized by illegal business practices.

Prior to joining Dessaules Law Group, Ms. Rinkleib was an attorney with Thompson Consumer Law Group, PC, prosecuting actions in federal district courts throughout the country. There, she dedicated her practice to matters brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Ms. Rinkleib obtained many favorable outcomes for consumers targeted by unscrupulous and abusive debt collectors. She was also a member of the litigation team prosecuting a data breach class action against Drizly, an alcohol delivery service [Barr, et al. v. Drizly, LLC, No. 1:20-cv-11492-LTS, District of Massachusetts (granting class certification and preliminary approval of class settlement for data breach involving 2.5 million users)].

Ms. Rinkleib joined Dessaules Law Group to focus her practice on advocating for clients in her home state of Arizona. She prides herself on being detail-oriented and sensitive to each clients' individual needs and expectations. Her experience includes all aspects of litigation including pre-filing investigation, discovery, motion practice, mediation and court-ordered settlement conferences, and trial.

She is admitted to practice in Arizona and Washington, and the United States District Courts for Arizona, the Western District of Washington, the Eastern District of Washington, the District of Colorado, the Eastern District of Michigan, the District of New Mexico, and the District of North Dakota.

Ms. Rinkleib is an active member of the Junior League of Phoenix. She enjoys spending time with her partner and their two dogs and cat, skiing and snowboarding, traveling, and supporting local restaurants and breweries.

McCray v. Deitsch and Wright, P.A., No. 8:18-cv-00731, Middle District of Florida (certified as lead class counsel in an action under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, resulting in an approved class settlement);

Bea-Mone III, v. Steven D. Silverstein, Attorney at law, No. 8:17-cv-00550, Central District of California (lead attorney handling pre-trial matters, second chair in successful jury trial verdict awarding consumer the maximum statutory damages under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
