Jonathan is a licensed attorney with over twenty years of litigation experience, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate law, HOA defense, employment, commercial disputes, and insurance defense and bad faith in all state and federal courts in Arizona. Jonathan holds active licenses in Arizona and California and represents clients in civil and commercial matters throughout both states at both the trial and appellate level. Legal Credentials & Education
Jonathan is a 1997 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, and received his undergraduate degrees from Rutgers University in 1994. He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Earl H. Carroll of the United States District Court for District of Arizona and presently serves as a pro tem judge on the Maricopa County Superior Court’s civil calendar. Before opening his own law firm catering to individuals, homeowners, and small businesses, Jonathan spent several years at one of the country’s largest law firms in its commercial litigation section.
